cause Veneer the shiny zoroark is bashful he often pretends to be a totally normal generic pokemon as to not get noticed (and not draw attention by his crazy purple zoroark hair haha). He can't always perfectly create illusions, though, and his eyes will often stay golden and he may be a bit fluffier hehe.
